3. Products, Availability & Pricing

• We curate accessories including bags, belts, scarves, sunglasses, and shoes. Product images and descriptions aim to be accurate; minor variations in color, texture, or details may occur due to photography and device settings.
• Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
• Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your address.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Orders & Contract

• Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email and/or charge your payment method.
• We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors. If canceled, you will receive a refund of amounts paid for the canceled items.
• Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to modify or cancel, contact support promptly; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

5. Payments & Billing

• We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital wallets as indicated at checkout.
• By submitting a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it, and you authorize us to charge the total amount (including taxes, duties, and shipping).
• Transactions may be subject to fraud checks and authorization by your card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by such checks.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address or carrier as permitted by law; signature may be required for higher‑value items.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returned items must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories. Certain items may be final sale for hygiene or other reasons as indicated on the product page.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method subject to inspection and policy terms.

8. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Promo codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied after your order is placed.
• Gift cards and store credit (if offered) are non‑refundable, not reloadable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
