At this time, purchases on gucci-accessories.org ship within the United States only. For international delivery options, please contact Customer Support for recommendations.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Marked “Delivered,” not received

  1. Check with reception, neighbors, or your building manager.
  2. Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email.
  3. Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark delivered in advance.
  4. If still missing, contact us. We’ll open a carrier trace request.

Transit delays

Severe weather, carrier volume, and customs/security holds can extend delivery times. We’ll proactively notify you if we detect a material delay.

Damaged items

Retain all packaging and take clear photos of the item and carton. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim and replacement.
