We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery is available to PO Boxes; expedited/overnight are not available to PO Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO: Standard USPS service only; allow additional transit time.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or third‑party consolidation services.
Please ensure unit, suite, and building numbers are included. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays.
International Shipping

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Transit delays
Severe weather, carrier volume, and customs/security holds can extend delivery times. We’ll proactively notify you if we detect a material delay.
Damaged items
Retain all packaging and take clear photos of the item and carton. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a claim and replacement.
Each order is packed with care to protect materials and structure.
Where possible, we use recyclable outer cartons and minimal filler.
Gift messages can be added at checkout. Pricing will not appear on gift receipts.
Taxes & Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current local regulations. No duties apply to domestic U.S. shipments.
